Messages from Society in general:
I need to change the way I talk because I'm too real in the way I talk to others. I may hurt someones feels because I'm telling them the truth. I'm too young to be a manager. I will not be able to handle the job because I have small kids.
How I responded:
Think about what you know that you can do. Believe in yourself. When you hear things that hurt you rethink it and make it a good thought. You can do anything that you want. It's your life and you can do it.
