You shouldn't be selfishly investing in yourself. You should be more present for your kids, friends, work, etc.
How I responded:
An investment in my learning provided gain for my whole family, for my friends who were cheering for me, and for my employer. My children were proud of the independence and opportunities they had for learning when I was forced to give them space and prioritize my studies. My partnership with my spouse and family members grew stronger as we achieved this goal together!
