Life & Career Milestones
My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
May 2003, upon completing my undergraduate degree, in addition to finding a job my goal was to purchase my dream car. Accomplishing that was the one of the many goals in my life.
2.
June 2004, the month I started here at Travelers and my professional career officially began.
3.
August 2007, the month my wife and I married.
4.
December 2008, my first Leadership role at Travelers. Leading former peers had its benefits and challenges.
5.
March 2010, we welcomed our daughter into the world and couldn't have been happier.
6.
August 2012, we welcomed our son into the world and our family of four was finalized.
7.
September 2013, became Field OM providing me the opportunity to continue to build my leadership skills and enhance my business knowledge.
8.
May 2016, accepted the role I'm currently in. Having the opportunity to get Field experience and now functional area experience has been wonderful.

Practice makes perfect. Individual development is an ongoing effort. I have made a conscious effort to make the time for personal development and reflection, building a strong professional network, continually seeking feedback on my performance and level of engagement, all while remaining true to myself and the goals I have set for my career.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Financial responsibility comes down to wants and needs. The more that I've concentrated on ensuring I meet the needs of my family, the more we find ourselves enjoying the wants in life.
